Anti Parasites Protection: Homemade and natural
Protection from flies and fleas

1. Anti – flea bath

Take any kind of Citrus Fruits such as oranges, lemons, grapefruits, limes and squeeze them, set the juice aside. Put all peels into a big pot, cover with water, bring to cooking. Then turn down the heat and allow to simmer until all peels are very soft. This can take a while. Take the cooked peels out of the water and add them to the squeezed juice.
Use a blender to shred the cooked peels in the juice, reduce them to smallest pieces possible.
Put this mixture back into the pot and have it simmer again until the liquid is boilt down a bit. Take it off the stove, allow to cool down and then sift it to get the pulp out. Fill it into a bottle which has to be stored in a fridge or put some liquid into a bottle and deep-freeze another portion.
The bath will keep fresh in the fridge for a reasonable time but after there are no preservatives in this natural product it is a good choice to deep-freeze in portions.

When bathing your dog you add 50 ml of your homemade Anti – Flea bath into an empty dishsoap bottle and fill the bottle up with lukewarm water.
First you wash the sand / dirt off your dog by using curd soap and rinse the soap off.
Afterwards you massage your homemade Anti- Flea bath into the coat of your dog.
It will kill fleas which might still sit somewhere within the coat on contact.
Leave the mixture on for some minutes and then rinse again.
